What you will do

• Generate AI-driven video and image content using structured prompt workflows.
• Develop prompts and visual strategies to achieve consistent visual results.
• Create AI-generated visuals (images, short scenes, storyboards) and convert them into polished video assets.
• Manually refine and edit AI-generated content using professional tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Produce AI avatar and presentation-style videos when required.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver campaign-ready digital content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video production, motion design, or digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Synthesia.
• Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E) and AI video generation tools (Google Veo, Sora, Runway).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling (composition, lighting, pacing, framing).
• Practical experience crafting structured prompts for generative AI tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted video and image work.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.
• Must be able to work from Brazil or Poland in the EST timezone.
