What you will do
- Partner with key customers to achieve business objectives and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience.
- Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through Executive Business Reviews.
- Leverage cybersecurity knowledge to recommend program improvements and drive platform adoption.
- Remain informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product innovation and operationalizing hirify.global Labs within customer cybersecurity programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security practitioner, consulting, or Customer Success roles.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware/software, databases, networking, security, software development).
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
- English: C1+ equivalent required for C-level interactions.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science.
