What you will do
- Provide first-level support to end-users of ABAC/SUMMA via the helpdesk.
- Coordinate activities between the SUMMA project team and the service support team.
- Organize, implement, and maintain IS Support and service management.
- Manage user requests and maintain information sites.
- Guide users on financial information systems (SUMMA) within a SAP environment.
- Monitor and follow up on service quality.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge in end-user assistance or information systems support.
- Solid understanding of ITIL.
- Strong reporting and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ABAC and SAP systems.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
