What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing for the AMEA region.
• Adapt to evolving headcount needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Drive strategic hiring decisions, influencing the hiring process and implementing best practices.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience.
• Proactively source top talent by leveraging creative outreach strategies.
• Maintain data integrity within ATS (Greenhouse) and other People systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business recruiting within the AMEA region.
• First principles thinking approach and creative problem solving.
• Ability to build trust and establish genuine relationships with hiring partners and candidates.
• Strong communication skills, prioritizing coaching and delivering feedback.
• Growth mindset, welcoming new challenges as opportunities to learn and develop.
• Strong attention to detail and operational excellence, managing multiple stakeholders and candidate pools.

• Fintech or SaaS experience preferred.
