Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring 10+ days a month in office, within regions covered by hirify.global offices (e.g., US, UK, EU)

What you will do

• Lead the execution of global acquisitions and investments, defining business needs and developing robust business cases.
• Develop unique perspectives on key categories within the crypto ecosystem and communicate strategic implications to leadership.
• Engage with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to qualify opportunities and refine strategic interests.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and and People teams to drive due diligence and ensure seamless post-deal integration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with blockchain entrepreneurs and investors to source opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to forge alliances promoting hirify.global’s product offerings.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven track record of proactive relationship building with founders, CEOs, and key industry players.
• Experience managing multiple complex deals simultaneously through all phases, from inception to completion.
• Background in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
• Mastery of financial modeling, including three-statement analysis, valuation, and market data models.
• Sophisticated understanding of both blockchain technology and traditional financial services.
