What you will do

• Hire, coach, and inspire a world-class team of AI and distributed systems engineers.
• Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap, aligning team innovation with the broader mission and setting clear, measurable goals.
• Uphold processes for deployment, reliability, and safety guardrails.
• Act as the technical bridge between Product Management, Design, and hirify.global Executive Leadership to drive feature delivery and business impact.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 5+ years of professional engineering experience with 2-4+ years of direct people management, leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment (SaaS or Startup preferred).
• Technical Depth: A background in software architecture and distributed systems.
• Write Code: Ability to unblock team members and prototype solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical executive stakeholders and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience leading multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Understanding of the hirify.global ecosystem, Data Cloud, or Agentforce capabilities.
• Proven experience scaling AI/ML products; understanding the nuances of the LLM lifecycle.
