Location: Hybrid role in Vilnius, Lithuania. Opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for up to 30 days per year.

Salary: Starts from 6000 € (gross) per month.

What you will do

• Own the health and performance of database clusters and middleware.
• Resolve complex bottlenecks and perform deep-dive troubleshooting.
• Improve infrastructure through automation and modern tooling.
• Ensure full visibility into system health and data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure, specifically supporting mission-critical data layers.
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals for high-performance database and I/O workloads.
• Hands-on proficiency with MySQL or MariaDB (replication, clustering, and tuning).
• Experience running and scaling Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and PMM.
• A "code-first" approach to managing infrastructure (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Fluency in English.
