Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Lithuania or able to commute to Vilnius or Kaunas offices)

Salary: €5,100–€6,900 gross per month

What you will do

• Partner with MLOps engineers to deliver seamless model deployment solutions to production.
• Improve the reliability and performance of the hirify.global Feature Store to support high traffic demands.
• Maintain and automate infrastructure for LLM evaluation tools like Langfuse.
• Lead reliability initiatives including SLOs, alerting, runbooks, and postmortems.
• Design observability and operational tooling to optimize ML platform performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding incidents, infrastructure changes, and reliability trade-offs.

Requirements

• Professional experience with programming or scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Relevant experience in the described tech stack or similar cloud platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Curiosity and drive to deepen expertise in ML/LLM platform technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPUs and ML/LLM platform components like Vertex AI or model feature stores.
• Previous work with Go.
