TL;DR

Focus on configuring new employee workstations, maintaining detailed records in the ticketing system, and developing technical documentation.

Location: Hybrid/Kyiv office in Ukraine

What you will do

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via email and the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace, Okta, MacOS, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Resolve technical problems with various web services, including Slack, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Prepare and configure new employee workstations, including hardware setup and software installation.
  • Maintain detailed records of user requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system improvements and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Technical skills and hands-on experience with user account management systems, endpoint operating systems (Windows and/or macOS), and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Experience providing remote support to a distributed workforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Jamf solutions
  • Experience with an Asset Management tool (Jira Assets preferred)
