TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (Business Analytics): Contributing to vision and product development through the product portfolio with an accent on managing project activities, deliverables, and team motivation. Focus on capturing work items in MS Azure DevOps, defining business features, and understanding capacity and resources for programs/quarters.
Location: Place of work: Kosice, Slovakia
Salary: 3600+ euros / month gross

What you will do
- Managing day-to-day project activities, including overseeing responsibilities and schedules.
- Directing and motivating the project team.
- Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure service expectations are achievable and met.
- Defining Business Features based on research and dealer/customer interviews.
- Assisting with product backlog definition and clarification.
- Producing reports, status slides, production process documentation, and status updates.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and roles such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Azure DevOps and Power BI.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a complex and culturally diverse environment.
Nice to have
- PSM, PSPO, PAL-E, or SAFe related certification
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with UX/UI Design frameworks and methodologies.
