What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable and reliable ML platform for AI/ML initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and game developers to translate data needs into infrastructure solutions.
- Manage distributed clusters and auto-scaling inference endpoints for large data volumes.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring systems for model drift and latency.
- Enable real-time and batch data processing for AI use cases like player segmentation and churn prediction.
- Advocate for engineering best practices, including CI/CD, version control, testing, and observability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an MLOps Engineer or similar role, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
- Experience with implementation and management of ML platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, Vertex Pipelines, or Sagemaker).
- Experience with model registries, such as MLflow, for tracking A/B experiments and MAB frameworks.
- Experience optimizing models for low-latency real-time serving and batch predictions on large datasets.
