We are looking for a Concept Artist to work on a brand new project at the hirify.global Narrative Game division.
What you will do
- Explore designs for environment, props and characters based on narrative and design needs.
- Render artwork matching the established art style.
- Create 2D rendered images such as icons, modals and title screens.
- Understand the technical limitation of our pipeline and work within those constraints.
- Work alongside your broader art team to brainstorm ideas and pass work between other artists.
- Collaboratively solve design or product issues with individuals from those disciplines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of game experience as a concept artist.
- Versatile art style.
- Can create rough and highly polished 2D artwork.
- Good understanding of the 3D art pipeline.
- Great comprehension of human and animal anatomy.
- Complete mastery of Maya and Adobe Creative Suite.
Nice to have
- Unity knowledge.
- Ability to sketch using 3D software.
- Experience texturing in Substance Painter.
