What you will do
- Perform regular, systematic reviews of closed investigations across Risk Operations to ensure adherence to Quality Assurance Frameworks.
- Score investigations based on data accuracy, reasoning logic, tone of correspondence, and regulatory compliance (AML/KYC).
- Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistent interpretation of policies across the team.
- Deliver constructive, evidence-based feedback to investigators and identify training gaps.
- Analyze QA data to identify recurring pain points and suggest improvements to SOPs or risk-scoring logic.
- Ensure all investigations meet standards required by banking partners and financial regulators and assist in audit readiness.
Requirements
