Solutions Architect, Applied AI (Creatives): Serving as the technical lead for partnerships with cultural institutions, creative communities, and artists with an accent on bridging the gap between hirify.global's AI capabilities and creative professionals. Focus on shaping how hirify.global's technologies are adopted within the creative industry by helping institutions, artists, and community partners understand and leverage hirify.global's technologies to transform their creative workflows.

Location: Expect all staff to be in one of our offices (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY) at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $240,000 - $255,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as technical lead for hirify.global's partnerships with cultural institutions, museums, arts organizations, and creative communities.
• Lead technical workshops for partners at hackathons, conferences, and community events.
• Build compelling demos and proof-of-concept solutions for high-impact potential partners.
• Ideate and develop new programs and partnerships to increase usage of Claude within the creative community.
• Create technical documentation, tutorials, and resources tailored for creative audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, developer relations, or technical partnerships.
• Strong technical skills with demonstrated ability to build demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept applications.
• Experience working with APIs and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Genuine interest in the intersection of AI and creative industries.

Nice to have

• Background in creative industries (design, film/TV, visual arts, creative coding, gaming, AR/VR).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and LLM applications.
• Existing relationships with cultural institutions or creative communities.
• Experience leading hackathons or technical community events.
• Portfolio of creative technology projects.
