What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical programs, translating strategic legal goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Implement Agile methodologies and manage backlogs and ceremonies for the Legal context.
• Direct the analytics function and lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions within the Legal team.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of legal technology platforms and drive their integration with internal systems.
• Manage operational performance and SLAs of technology suppliers.
• Drive operational excellence through automation and optimize the legal tech budget.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Engineering, with significant exposure to Legal Tech, Compliance, or FinTech environments.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-quarter technical roadmaps using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong understanding of system architecture (APIs, integrations), data modeling, and AI/ML lifecycles.
• SQL proficiency is highly preferred, as is the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with Engineering leads.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• English: Fluent required.
