What you will do

• Define the long-term roadmap for sales technology and structure the area for global scalability.
• Define global KPIs, monitor tool usage, and build executive-level dashboards to track ROI.
• Develop action plans for tool utility and lead global training and documentation initiatives.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations in partnership with Product Development and manage complex troubleshooting.
• Lead contract renewals, manage the tools budget, and stay current with market trends.
• Manage executive relationships and deliver high-level status reports.

Requirements

• Extensive background in Sales Systems and significant experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into sales workflows.
• Advanced analytical skills for building complex dashboards in Excel and BI tools.
• Expert knowledge of project management techniques and ability to prioritize global initiatives.
• Strong workflow design skills and experience structuring departments from scratch.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) to interact with diverse teams and perform high-impact training.
• Ability to set clear quarterly goals (OKRs) and KPIs for the team.
