What you will do

• Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for e-commerce projects.
• Apply manual testing methods to identify and document defects.
• Test e-commerce platforms, focusing on Shopify functionality and integrations.
• Create and maintain clear test plans, test cases, and test reports for client review and deliverables.
• Use Jira for bug tracking, test case management, and QA workflows.
• Communicate testing processes, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Strong experience in QA engineering, leading testing efforts with manual testing methodologies.
• Proven experience testing e-commerce platforms, with Shopify experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional documentation skills for test cases, reports, and user-friendly documentation.
• Proficiency with Jira for bug tracking and QA workflow coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and clients.
• Experience developing detailed test plans and systematic test cases from business requirements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in Canada, USA, Mexico, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Argentina, or Brazil.

• Experience with Shopify Hydrogen storefronts.
