What you will do

Identify friction points using data and experimentation.
Improve conversion, reduce returns, and optimize page performance.
Lead a cross-functional squad across product, design, and engineering.
Balance scalable technical decisions with speed and MVP delivery.
Present strategy and results clearly to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong experience owning and optimizing PDP / PLP journeys.
A track record of delivering measurable gains in conversion or revenue.
Experience navigating complex technical change or platform evolution.
Structured experimentation mindset.
Strong commercial instinct with an appreciation for brand.
