What you will do

• Define, track, and monitor key product KPIs and success metrics.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to support product decisions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and developers to define tracking requirements and implement product events.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and Business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with BI tools (Tableau is a strong advantage).
• Proven experience working closely with Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience defining product metrics, analyzing user behavior, and measuring feature impact.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
