What you will do

• Collaborate with Animation Lead, Producer, and Art Director, adapting to the game’s technical and production needs.
• Visualize future features through gameplay prototyping, storyboarding, animatics, Previs, blocking & posing.
• Ensure close collaboration with 2D artists and technical leads to manage production constraints.
• Create believable, high-quality animations and integrate them directly into the game.
• Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere.
• Strong understanding of the 12 principles of animation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for games, with strong familiarity with casual and mobile games.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of production experience in the video game industry (mobile games preferred).
• Knowledge of Unity, Spine, and/or Maya.
