What you will do

• Define and evolve the motion language of LTX Studio across in-product surfaces.
• Design and animate feature demonstrations, flows, and product storytelling sequences.
• Create in-product assets including banners, pop-ups, UI animations, and onboarding visuals.
• Produce visual assets for product demos, partner presentations, and key milestones.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Brand teams to keep the visual experience cohesive.
• Bring a creative perspective to feature communication, often owning the creative direction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative design, motion design, or visual communication.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and motion work for digital products.
• Experience designing in-product assets such as banners, pop-ups, and UI-related visuals.
• Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and a clear design point of view.
• Ability to communicate ideas visually and iterate based on feedback.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools or generative video.
• Experience in UI motion or product animation.
