What you will do

• Formulate a general marketing strategy, including performance advertising, affiliate programs, and expanding distribution channels.
• Set priorities for focus areas, evaluate their potential, and establish milestones and deadlines.
• Allocate budget and personnel resources following approved directions.
• Manage the recruitment process, performance evaluation, and staff development plans.
• Work closely with the product team to achieve common goals.

Requirements
