TL;DR

Product Support Engineer (Cybersecurity): Solving technical issues and providing stellar customer service for security and identity products with an accent on Active Directory management, cloud technologies, and CRM platform usage. Focus on shaping future product development by providing customer feedback to R&D teams and troubleshooting complex technical problems.

Location: Hybrid, must be based within 45 miles of an office location in Ireland (e.g., Dublin)

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth working knowledge of assigned hirify.global primary products.
  • Monitor the Support Queue to ensure all SLAs are met.
  • Track and update all customer support issues within CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Create Knowledge Base articles on a regular basis.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years working in either an enterprise IT or enterprise software organization or for a system integration vendor.
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (support engineer, system administrator) with proven troubleshooting abilities.
  • Awareness of the identity and access management and infosec product landscapes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 (installation, administration, support).
  • Infosec experience.
  • Identity and Access Management experience.
