TL;DR
Junior Field IT Support (Live Events): Providing on-site and remote technical support for Ticketmaster proprietary software, hardware, and network installations at festivals, events, and venues with an accent on POS systems, handheld devices, ticket printers, and wireless networking. Focus on diagnosing issues, configuring equipment, and ensuring seamless fan experiences under high-pressure environments.
Location: Dublin (Onsite). Ability to travel required. May require nights, weekends, holidays. Must have valid clean driving licence.

What you will do
- Install and support Ticketmaster proprietary software/hardware including ticket printers, handheld devices, and POS systems.
- Configure, test, and maintain network devices like wireless access points, switches, and bridges.
- Diagnose and remediate issues remotely or on-site at events and venues.
- Track assets, update management software, and provide proactive maintenance.
- Coordinate with clients, third-party providers, and deliver on-site training and demonstrations.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate across teams while following best practices.
Requirements
- Fluent English essential.
- Aptitude for technical concepts, Microsoft, mobile devices, and networking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and organised.
- Ability to travel; valid clean driving licence required.
- Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.
- Interest in entertainment business and commitment to development in junior support role.
