Focus on managing expectations, risks and accurate go live dates.

What you will do

• Understand partners business requirements and communicate the hirify.global Onboarding approach and project plan.
• Clearly articulate the hirify.global Ecosystem, including hirify.global Pay Online, Booking Software & the Marketplace, to provide solutions for partner's business requirements.
• Lead partners on the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks, and go-live dates.
• Ensure quality hirify.global profiles are built for all partners with a focus on activating payment features.
• Provide continuous quality assurance on the Marketplace.

Requirements

• Commercially minded with an understanding of the critical needs of partners onboarding.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data cleaning.
• Project coordination experience or certification desired.
• Experience in the Beauty & Wellness sector or previous start-up/scale-up tech company environment is an asset.
• Fluent Arabic reading, speaking and writing proficiency
