Manager - SAP OTC: Planning, organizing, and overseeing information technology activities for the SAP Order to Cash functional areas, including designing and implementing effective computer systems. Focus on providing project planning, architectural design, solution implementation, control, and integration using multiple SAP technologies while managing and developing assigned staff.

What you will do
- Plan, organize, and oversee all approved information technology activities for the SAP OTC functional areas.
- Design effective and efficient computer systems that address both business and technical requirements.
- Provide project planning, implementation, control, and integration of solutions using multiple technologies.
- Manage and develop assigned staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Work with external vendors and act as a consultant in business and technical areas of expertise.
- Contribute to long-range planning and budget discussions.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation, configuration, and support in SAP OTC.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading architectural design and configuration of core OTC areas including Master Data, Pricing & Conditions, Sales Order Management, and Billing.
- Minimum 3 years of deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0, including configuration of master data, EDI/IDoc integrations, and WRICEF.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Vistex solution for Incentive Administration, Rebates, Commissions, and similar.
- Minimum 3 years of integration experience with SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP EWM, SAP CRM, and SAP Hybris systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting daily team activities, coaching/mentoring, career development planning, and performance management.
- High School diploma/GED required.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP SPM (Sales Performance Management) solution.
- Current SAP certification in Sales and Distribution, or SAP S/4HANA Sales.
- Participation in at least one greenfield/brownfield implementation of ECC to S/4HANA.
