Salary: $185,500 - $260,000 USD

• Architect major areas of the business and influence future features and investments.
• Drive best practices, influence design reviews, and foster shared understanding.
• Provide architectural guidance and become a go-to partner for scalable solutions.
• Mentor experienced Software Engineers and expand technical influence across teams.
• Lead architecture discussions, contribute to product roadmap planning, and tie technical investments to business priorities.
• Contribute code to complex projects and address ambiguous engineering challenges.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing web-based production and large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong understanding and experience with web & mobile application development.
• Proven experience building and implementing long-term technical strategy.
• Significant experience using multiple programming languages, especially Java.
• Ability to create effective designs for complex problems and lead teams to implement them.
• Effective communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to turning ideas into working software.
