Salary: $190,000–$220,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end projects for new partner integrations.
• Design, write, and test new APIs and integrations with external partners.
• Build efficient, reliable, performant, and scalable large-scale backend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Program, and Design.
• Provide input into team roadmap and technical direction.
• Debug external integrations and participate in the team's on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in engineering.
• Experience designing scalable and resilient large-scale service-oriented architectures.
• Experience leading projects.
• Passion for reliability, efficiency, availability, and system quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with cross-functional teams.
• Must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with third-party APIs.
• Previous experience with authentication or secure signing mechanisms.
