What you will do

  • Assist in executing hirify.global’s paid media plan across digital (paid social, search, affiliate, programmatic display) and traditional channels.
  • Support the day-to-day execution and management of paid media campaigns and initiatives, including account setup, asset delivery, and invoice management.
  • Coordinate creative asset requests and manage communication between internal creative departments and external agency partners.
  • Manage the team’s marketing calendar, keeping internal and external partners updated on promotional activity and seasonal themes.
  • Support paid media roadmaps and plans through campaign execution, uncovering insights, and communicating strategies to key partners.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand by staying on top of competitive and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience for a large retailer or media agency.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment and with external vendors.
  • Experience with standard industry reporting and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen; ability to analyze and compile marketing performance reports.
  • Awareness of retail trends in the marketplace to support business goals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or eCommerce related field.
