What you will do
- Own and develop the customer’s overall adoption strategy and comprehensive value delivery plan.
- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery, coordinating across various internal and external workstreams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and tailoring success strategies.
- Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor on automation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders for a unified approach.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop effective solutions to problems.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in customer success roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Experience with professional services and attach motions for support/services.
- Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space.
- Solid technical background with experience in delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Fluency in English (C1).
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
