What you will do

• Research product hypotheses to optimize platform metrics for retailers and advertisers (ROAS, Ad spent, Churn Rate).
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to scope insights and platform improvements.
• Develop/update functionalities with technical and non-technical partners.
• Communicate insights with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own business metrics for advertisers and retailers.
• Participate in late-stage sales processes and build demos for prospect customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in BI tools for data analysis and dashboard building.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs to technical language and vice versa.
• Proficient in SQL (any variant) and exploratory data analysis with Python (pandas, NumPy, data visualization).
• Adept at fast prototyping and providing analytical support for e-commerce initiatives.
• Willingness to develop and maintain communication tools for business performance reporting.
• Big plus: practical familiarity with big data stack (Spark, Presto/Athena, Hive) and AdTech industry experience.
