What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 developers, overseeing planning, delivery, and career development.
• Architect and design medium to large-sized technical features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) to define requirements and project goals.
• Participate in the analysis, design, and evaluation of technical requirements.
• Write and review clean, scalable, and efficient code, primarily in Go.
• Maintain technical documentation for software designs and user guides.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services.
• Proficiency with Go, Ruby, Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin languages.
• In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher proficiency required.
