Product Engineer (TypeScript/React)

What you will do

• Drive continuous trading UX improvements based on direct feedback and usability research.
• Build hybrid trading UI in React for web, integrating third-party terminals and delivering first-party widgets.
• Deliver customer-facing clarity in communications, statuses, errors, notifications, and market alerts.
• Co-design backend contracts for trading UX, considering event models, pending/recovery states, and state consistency.
• Improve frontend performance and reliability through profiling, telemetry, safe releases, and incident response.

Requirements

• Consistently put customer value and team goals above everything else.
• Possess an engineering mindset with the ability to create in uncertainty and navigate complex systems.
• Proven experience with retail-facing trading-terminal UIs and understanding of trader workflows.
• Strong React experience building complex modular UIs with state management and optimizing UI across browsers/devices.
• Experience in real-time UI under race conditions, heavy streaming, and state reconciliation.
• Frontend security experience in finance, including sessions, tokens, WAF, XSS, and PII handling.
• English: C1/C2 (Advanced/Fluent) required for daily communication, technical discussions, and documentation.
• Must reside in Cyprus or EU countries.
