What you will do

• Ensure changes across the commercial ecosystem are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural best practices.
• Drive continuous improvements to Salesforce to maintain it as the single source of commercial truth.
• Support and ensure stability of critical GTM execution systems integrated with Salesforce (Clari, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practice usage, scalable configuration, and process improvement.
• Offer daily user support and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud expertise.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration including Flows, Lightning Experience, and formula fields.
• Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench) and deployment tools (Gearset).
• Familiarity with AppExchange tools, third-party integrations, and Salesforce security models.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ and Certinia.
• Certifications: Advanced Administrator (ADM 211), Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and AI Specialist.
• Experience with Prompt Builder.
