Employer Brand Manager

📍 Manila, Philippines (Relocation supported | Hybrid/Remote options available)

Build and scale Salmon’s employer brand in a fast-growing, hybrid, international setup.

You will:
— Define and shape our EVP based on real employee experience
— Build a strong employer brand content engine (LinkedIn, tech content, career site, storytelling)
— Drive DevRel & tech community visibility
— Improve candidate journey, offer acceptance, and hiring conversion
— Manage Glassdoor, referrals, alumni network
— Track and optimize performance through data

We’re looking for someone with:
— Experience in Employer Branding / Talent Marketing in tech or fintech
— Strong storytelling and content skills
— Understanding of what tech talent cares about
— Data-driven mindset
— Startup mentality and ability to build from scratch

Internal Communications Manager

📍 Manila, Philippines (Relocation supported )

Design and own the internal communication system that keeps Salmon aligned as we scale.

You will:
— Build structured internal communication frameworks (channels, ownership, rituals)
— Shape leadership messaging and company-wide communication cadence
— Drive alignment through all-hands, demo days, and roadmap visibility
— Embed culture into daily work in a hybrid (office + remote) environment
— Measure and improve engagement, eNPS, and participation

We’re looking for someone with:
— Experience in Internal Communications / Culture / Employee Experience
— Systems thinking (not just content creation)
— Strong leadership collaboration skills
— Ability to translate strategy into clear internal messaging
— Ownership mindset and comfort in fast-paced scaling environments
