Chargebacks Management (Fintech): Managing and driving improvements for payment transaction dispute processing and fraud prevention operational improvements with an accent on financial loss prevention. Focus on contesting payment disputes daily, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving improvements to fraud prevention tools.

Location: Hybrid, with offices in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania, and across Europe. Workation possible for up to 90 days per year, with 21 days allowed outside the EU.

Salary: €2,200 – €3,000 gross per month.

What you will do

• Co-own and drive domain improvements related to chargebacks and fraud prevention.
• Manage process improvements and ensure their effective implementation.
• Ensure efficiency and high-quality solutions for disputes management.
• Contest payment disputes on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Payment Service Providers.
• Drive improvements to fraud prevention tools, workflows, and processes.

Requirements

• Experienced in chargebacks management, fraud prevention, or financial crime, ideally within payments, fintech, or marketplace environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through successful implementation, including fraud-related initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to review data, spot trends, and make clear recommendations.
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently and make quick, informed decisions.
• Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
