What you will do

• Drive innovation in content localization using machine learning, audio processing, and natural language understanding.
• Work on multimodal machine translation, speech synthesis, speech analysis, and asset quality assessment.
• Partner closely with solution development teams to ensure research translates into business impact.
• Provide mentoring to develop applied science talent within the team.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience in algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.
• Work authorization for the USA is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine translation, foundational models, and speech synthesis.
• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
