• Partner with business and technical teams to design and document AI system requirements.
• Develop technical strategies and applied science roadmaps for new product features.
• Extend existing scientific techniques and invent novel solutions to address specific customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with technical leaders to maintain high standards for AI development.
• Prioritize rapid experimentation to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Deep understanding of neural deep learning methods and general machine learning concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools like R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, or scipy.
• Practical experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop or Spark.
