What you will do

  • Handle escalated incidents from 1st level support requiring deeper technical and functional analysis.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of SAP Fiori Apps, including role configuration and authorization issues.
  • Support configuration adjustments within approved change management processes (non-development).
  • Analyze and resolve complex master data issues and investigate integration issues between S/4HANA and connected systems.
  • Perform basic customizing activities, support UAT execution, and maintain internal knowledge base.
  • Assist in system monitoring, background job analysis, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration.
  • Functional understanding of at least two core modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, or P2P processes.
  • Experience with SAP authorization concepts, master data governance, and SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
  • Proven ability to analyze system logs, identify root causes, and experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
