TL;DR
Designer: Creating diverse visual content including social assets, motion graphics, video editing, presentations, and mockups, with an accent on pixel-perfect details and creative problem-solving. Focus on producing final design solutions across various media and collaborating with senior staff to execute vision for client campaigns.
Location: This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in a location that is commutable to the Bogota office.

What you will do
- Create drafts, storyboards, and wireframes for various projects.
- Produce final design solutions for all media, including logos, social assets, interfaces, websites, app designs, and presentations.
- Design decks for varying clients and support new business pitches.
- Create content for the agency’s social media channels.
- Understand project requirements and concepts across diverse mediums.
- Collaborate with Senior Creatives for feedback and autonomously execute design visions for campaigns.
Requirements
- Hybrid role, 2 days per week in office required, must reside in a location commutable to Bogota office.
- 2-4 years of experience in design (advertising experience is a bonus).
- Proficiency with Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Expertise in design software and editing tools, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects and Premier are a bonus).
- Ability and willingness to use Gen AI tools to increase productivity.
- Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, hierarchy, composition) with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven time management, multitasking abilities, and creativity with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a high-pressure environment.
