What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of operational and IT risks, including cyber security, IT resilience, business continuity, and data management.
- Develop, manage, and monitor Key Risk Indicators and promote risk awareness across the Company.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework, aligning with Group policies and regulatory requirements (including DORA).
- Provide expert guidance on risk policies, methodologies, and control requirements to business and functional teams.
- Coordinate scenario analysis and contribute to Recovery and Resolution Plans, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise risk reporting to Senior Management, Risk Committees, and the Board.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, cyber security, engineering, information technology, economics, finance, or a related field required.
- 5-6 years of work experience within financial or technology services required, ideally with exposure to clearing or post-trade environments.
- Good knowledge of IT governance, information security, and business continuity frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, CIS Framework, ITIL, DORA).
- Strong transversal understanding of end-to-end business, operational, and IT processes.
- Experience in coordinating projects and engaging with regulatory authorities.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English required.
