What you will do

• Critically analyze business processes to identify potential operational risk points.
• Assess IT-related risks, focusing specifically on cybersecurity, business continuity, and third-party risks.
• Develop, manage, and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) to enhance company-wide risk awareness.
• Guide the development, implementation, and communication of risk-related policies and standards.
• Evaluate the adequacy of IT controls and issue recommendation action plans to risk owners.
• Prepare effective risk reporting for top management and support internal/external audits and regulators.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational risk identification and assessment.
• Strong understanding of IT risks, including Cyber security and Business continuity.
• Ability to develop and monitor risk indicators and standards.
• Experience in reporting to executive committees and management.
