What you will do

• Design and evolve the architecture of our web applications (Next.js/React/PHP), ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, mentorship, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Manage technical debt, prioritize refactoring, and implement CI/CD best practices using GitLab.
• Participate in quarterly planning, estimate resources, and refine development processes for timely feature delivery.
• Act as a technical expert for Product Owners and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Implement AI assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Dev) into the team’s workflow to increase development velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Web Development (Frontend-heavy with solid Backend understanding).
• Proven experience leading a development team (3+ people) in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Next.js/Angular).
• Solid experience with PHP for backend logic and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of web security, performance optimization, and SEO.
• Experience with Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience implementing AI assistants, strategic AI adoption, and prompt engineering for AI agents.
