What you will do

• Lead projects independently and collaborate effectively within a squad, managing the creative process from concept to final execution.
• Work closely with your squad in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful assets and directly contributing to business growth.
• Make data-driven design decisions, using KPIs and testing to inform creative solutions and optimize performance.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, preparing designs for development and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Bring broad and versatile product design capabilities, with strong UI/UX expertise and attention to detail.
• Participate in creating methodologies and best practices for the Design team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Product Designer (B2C or SaaS) within a high-performing product team.
• Highly proficient in Figma.
• Experienced in leveraging AI workflows and design-to-code tools to streamline your process.
• A data-informed mindset, with a good understanding of business strategy, KPIs, and how to design for A/B tests.
• Strategic thinker who can plan effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator who thrives when collaborating across different disciplines and teams.
