Location: Hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic. Must be based in the Czech Republic or have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain production environments for Data Science and Machine Learning workloads using Infrastructure as Code, containerisation, and serverless techniques.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and delivery of DS applications and models.
• Ensure security best practices are identified and integrated into system designs, configurations, and data workflows.
• Develop custom tooling and automation through programming and scripting to improve developer experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.
• Contribute as a member of an Agile team, providing code reviews, velocity estimation, and planning input.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and techniques (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• 2+ years of experience as a power user of Linux.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management and deployment tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Practical experience in a programming language such as Python or Go.
• Experience with source control management tools (e.g., Git).
• Must be based in the Czech Republic or have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Terragrunt).
• Experience building and maintaining cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerisation concepts and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (LogicMonitor, Sumo Logic, ELK, Prometheus).
• Experience working with structured databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with data platforms, ML pipelines, or analytics infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise security and hardening best practices.
