What you will do

  • Create Salesforce technical solution designs.
  • Develop Salesforce functionalities through declarative and programmatic methods.
  • Create estimations for work to be done.
  • Work closely with other members of the scrum team on projects.
  • Peer review others’ work.
  • Share knowledge and expertise within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Consultant or Developer.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Consulting experience, with the ability to find and present the right solution to clients.
  • Excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service.
  • Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience with release management and CI/CD tooling.
  • Experience with testing and debugging.
  • Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Business, IT, or technology related field.
