What you will do
- Create Salesforce technical solution designs.
- Develop Salesforce functionalities through declarative and programmatic methods.
- Create estimations for work to be done.
- Work closely with other members of the scrum team on projects.
- Peer review others’ work.
- Share knowledge and expertise within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Consultant or Developer.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Consulting experience, with the ability to find and present the right solution to clients.
- Excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service.
- Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture.
- Experience with release management and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with testing and debugging.
- Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Business, IT, or technology related field.
