hirify.global is recruiting a Country Operations Manager to lead, manage, and scale its Philippine operations within the APAC region.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end country operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage and develop local leadership teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ensure alignment between local operations and global/regional functional teams.
• Oversee service delivery performance (KPIs, SLAs) and implement enhancement strategies.
• Lead workforce planning and capability building for operational needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in operational leadership roles.
• Mandatory prior experience in BPO / Shared Services operations.
• Proven track record of managing large teams, building operational structures, and driving performance.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Intellectual Property (IP) industry or professional services.
• Proficiency with CRM, workflow, or productivity systems.
• Additional Asian or European languages.
