What you will do

• Support the development and execution of Americas regional procurement plans and sourcing activities.
• Provide solutions for customer bids/contracts while building and maintaining customer lifecycle and procurement expertise.
• Manage contracts for Telco suppliers and provide strategic bid support and cost optimization.
• Support new product and supplier launches and assist with service delivery and assurance for Telco products.
• Lead contract/process, governance, and compliance, ensuring adherence to BT and local country policies.
• Stay abreast of market developments and utilize best-in-class Digital/AI Procurement tools.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English is required, with proficiency in Portuguese or French being a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience within a fast-paced Procurement/Commercially focused business function.
• Strong strategic and tactical procurement skills with a track record of delivering value and results.
• Strong business knowledge in the Telco Category, customer solutions, portfolio purchasing, and in-country add-ons.
• Proven effective decision-making capability to deliver against key metrics.
• Effective relationship management skills with stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage complex, strategic, and commercial requirements between BT and suppliers, delivering projects on time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cirtuo, SAP Ariba, Suplari, and Globality procurement tools.
