What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client enterprise systems to identify AI-enhanced automation opportunities.
• Design scalable agentic automation solutions that integrate with existing enterprise and cloud architectures.
• Develop hands-on prototypes and proof-of-concepts using hirify.global and other emerging AI technologies.
• Model complex business processes using BPMN to create agentic automation frameworks.
• Ensure solution designs align with client's enterprise architecture principles and cloud standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the agentic automation solution lifecycle and promote hirify.global software adoption.

Requirements

• Strong software development capabilities including JavaScript, Python, and coded agent development.
• Expertise in agentic automation design using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services including Google AI and AWS SageMaker.
• Proficiency in BPMN for modeling complex business processes.
• Deep understanding of hirify.global products and complementary AI technologies.
• Experience with enterprise system integration and API interoperability.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
