What you will do

• Research and prototype new methods in Voice AI.
• Build and train ML systems end-to-end.
• Prepare and improve training data.
• Analyze failures rigorously and iterate.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA to optimize and ship research outputs.
• Improve internal tooling for experimentation and data handling.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in math, CS, or physics.
• Solid coding skills (Python, C, C++, or similar).
• Ability to explain technical details clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated excellence, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
• Self-driven and disciplined approach to ambiguous work.
